Event Submission is up

Postby foz » Sun Oct 18, 2009 12:18 pm

Just wanted everybody to know that event submission should be up and running for this year's Running GAGG.
So head on over to www.runninggagg.org and submit some events.

If you have any issues let us know here.

This convention is RAPIDLY APPROACHING!

Shawn mentioned on the wiki ( https://wiki.geneseo.edu:8443/display/g ... ty+Auction ) that it's a good to put the charity auction into a time slot so that people can plan around it as needed. Not sure who should submit it, though.

Man, the convention is actually only 3 months n' 2 weeks away. Hard to believe.

By that time, maybe I'll have to bring my kid to the convention. Also hard to believe.

The Charity Auction is purposely not in a time slot.

It happens between time slots, it is why there is a gap from 6-9 on Saturday I believe.

Perhaps do more to inform people about the Auction then.

Last year was my first time at Running Gagg, and I had no idea when or where the auction was. I was lucky I even knew it existed.

Be good to put something for the "always-available-always-on" LAN gaming. Oh my god, Left4Dead2! How do I help with making that happen! I mean, not that I'd have a problem with just L4D1, but it seems like good timing for L4D2 as well. Not sure how the licensing or whatever for those works.
