Friday at 9:00 PM, Running GAGG will be having a free showing of the documentary Nerdcore Rising! The movie "follows MC Frontalot the "Godfather of Nerdcore" on his first national tour to reveal the roots of the genre,the dorky complexities of its artists, and one MC's fight for nerd stardom. Featuring Weird Al Yankovic, Prince Paul, Jello Biafra, Tycho & Gabe, Brian Posehn, MC Frontalot, MC Chris, MC Lars and a slew of other nerdcore artists and commentators." [nerdcorerising.com].

This year, we are also proud to have TopatoCo as one of our vendors. TopatoCo is the online vendor of shirts and other merch for popular webcomics such as Overcompensating, A Softer World, Dinosaur Comics, and many many more. We look forward to having them, and so should you!

Astute readers may note the tag line change in out artwork. Running GAGG XIII:Nut of the Living Dead has a better ring to it and looks great in the artwork our most esteemed artist William Pace has provided so we'll be sticking with it. Hope to see you all there. Now, where did I put my cricket bat?

We are up and running a back for another year. A bit later than we would like but we are here now and ready to go. Our header is still out of date but our artist appears to be MIA, We really hope he is doing well and we can get in touch with him soon.

In the meantime I am here to tell you our title for this year it Running GAGG XIII: Night of the Living Squirrels. So naturally there is a strong horrow zombie theme working there. We hope to see you all for the fun and convention games!

Event submission is up and running. Get your events in early to lock in good time slots. Events must be submitted by January 15th to ensure inclusion in our pre-reg booklet. Please note logins from years past do work, if you cannot recall your password please use our form, if you cannot remember your username please email us and we will be happy to assist you.

Running an Event:

Interested in running a session at Running GAGG? Read the GM policies page then login and fill out our event submission form. Your submission will be added to the pre-reg and on-site booklet and posted on the website.

What Goes On At Running GAGG:

Running GAGG is a convention run for gamers by gamers. We work to make a weekend of fun enjoyable by the most experienced role-player to the mere interested novice.

Here are a few of the events that have happened at past conventions:

• Numerous Role-playing events of your favorite Systems
• A Vendor's Room packed with goods from gaming stores, companies, and genre related items.
• Games Workshop Outriders will be on hand to run Demos and host tournaments of Warhammer.
• Reaper Miniatures' Black Lightning demo team will be running demos of Warlord and CAV2 as well as hosting a Paint and Take and providing lessons in Painting miniatures.
• An art show will take place showing off the local talents and yours.
• CCG Tournaments will be held to show who wins the prize and who's deck is mightiest.
• Join in on the Singles D&D Tournament and see if you'll advance.
• Conquer the Settlers of Catan Tournament prove you're the overlord of Catan.
• A Charity Auction with ALL the proceeds going to the Ronald McDonald House of Rochester.
• Meet new people, make new friends and most importantly have fun!!!

2. On campus: Email the Running GAGG account, request a registration packet, and include a street address so we can send the literature out to you or come to a GAGG meeting on Wednesday nights at 8pm in the Union.
3. Off Campus: Email the Running GAGG account (rungagg@geneseo.edu), request a registration packet, and include a street address so we can send the literature out to you or if you send us a postcard with your address on it and request info we'll get it right out to you.
