GM Expectations
All GM's are expected to fulfill the following:
- Report to the registration desk about ten minutes before your event begins to check for notices or convention updates that might affect your event.
- Verify that all attendees of your event are registered convention attendees and have paid all appropriate event fees.
- Inform the registration desks of any problems with the event site setup that you've requested, any obvious damage to your event site, and attendees' needs or concerns.
- Arrive to your event on time, prepared and ready to run the event you submitted.
- Plan and arrange for sufficient means to guarantee your morning wake up and arrival to the convention site in time to report to the registration desk ten minutes before your event begins.
- In the case of an emergency, causing you to miss the convention, please notify the convention site or email (director@runninggagg.org) as soon as possible so that we can take the needed measures to find new games for your events' players.
- Do your best to provide a fun and fair gaming experience for your players and yourself. (DUH!!!)
Convention Registration
GM's that run four or more events will receive free admission to the convention. The GM will still be responsible for fees attached to events that have additional costs listed.
Housing
GM's that run five or more events will have crash space provided for them within rooms reserved at the Days Inn. GM's should be aware that they will be sharing a room with possibly three other Running GAGG judges. GM's are also responsible for arranging transportation to and from the convention site and the Days Inn. You must contact the convention director before Januaury 14th to arrange this.

GM Lounge
GM's that run at least one event on a given convention day will receive access to the GM Lounge for that day. If he/she runs four or more events throughout the convention then he/she will receive access to the GM Lounge for the entire convention regardless of what days his/her events run.
The GM Lounge will be a room provided for Running GAGG judges to sit and relax around fellow judges and possibly prepare for their coming events; snacks and drinks will be provided. We ask that judges refrain from taking refreshment from the GM Lounge and giving them to other attendees.
The GM Lounge will be open:
- Friday - 5pm until 11pm
- Saturday - 10am until 10pm
- Sunday - 10am until 4pm
